As the founder and principal of Scaling Impactful Solutions, my work is driven by a commitment to expanding access and opportunity through leadership and partnership development, youth empowerment, workforce development, and program innovation. I have extensive experience leading initiatives that drive systemic change, with a focus on equity and inclusion.

In my role as Director at the Education Strategy Group, I collaborated on NYC’s Future Ready Initiative, impacting over 100,000+ students by creating a robust career-connected learning ecosystem. Before that, I served as Chief Program Officer at Urban Alliance and Free Arts NYC, where I led efforts to expand apprenticeship programs & work-based learning (WBL) opportunities and fostered national partnerships to scale career training programs for young adults. My earlier roles, including hands-on leadership positions at Free Arts NYC, CAAAV, and SAYA!, were deeply rooted in direct service—developing and leading youth-centered programs that empowered diverse populations.

More recently, I designed resources for families and students in NYC to explore diverse career pathways, furthering my commitment to creating inclusive solutions. My throughline has always been about advancing equity and reimagining how people can be supported within and across institutions of power to create more opportunities and drive lasting change. I thrive in designing and scaling programs for young adults, advancing organizational development, strengthening employer and mentor engagement, and driving program effectiveness—all to create pathways for lasting economic mobility.
